I began my journey in the world of visual storytelling by studying photography at the Istituto Superiore di Fotografia in Rome, followed by a master’s program in video shooting techniques. My career started as a photographer for renowned Italian magazines, but it quickly evolved as I transitioned into filmmaking and later became a director of photography. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of producing documentaries for prominent institutions such as the Ministry of Culture, the European Commission, and the National Roman Museum. I’ve also worked on numerous commercial spots, music videos, and short films. One of my proudest achievements was directing, shooting, and editing the music video "Arizona" by Jaqueline, which won the award for Best Independent Italian Music Video in 2020. In 2022, I served as the director of photography for the Best Short Film at the AS Film Festival. Currently, I’m working on "In Seconda Linea", a documentary that tells the stories of Ukrainian refugee women. What drives me is the opportunity to combine impactful visual storytelling with a deep sensitivity to social issues. I strive to create authentic, meaningful narratives that resonate with audiences, and this approach has positioned me as a versatile and innovative voice in the independent Italian film scene.
